History of the Elvan LTD
Elvan Ltd was established by Bulent Bilgehan with a great idea. Mr.Bilgehan developed this idea slowly, at first it was not so bright but soon, it developed and Mr.Bilgehan started cable satellite distribution systems.
In 1987, satellite systems were not as popular as now. He was the first to develope the idea of cable distrubition to handful number of members.
